Larry has managed organizations in a senior capacity for over 30 years. Prior to becoming a principal in Tectonics, he has held positions as President, PACE, Inc.; Executive Vice President, Central Management Corporation; Vice President of International, ACI, Inc., and Vice President Sales and Marketing, Choice Systems; and Director of OD and Advisor to the Board for OMT Global. He has provided OD, strategic planning, leadership and management consulting to organizations internationally in such diverse regions as the US, Ireland, The Netherlands, Ireland, Hong Kong, South Africa, Japan, South America and the Philippines.
Larry is author of such articles as Vision, Strategy and the Role of HR, The Ethics Inventory, Ethics & Values: a business discussion, Conflict Resolution, Leadership & Motivation, Vision-Driven Strategic Planning, A Strategy for Leadership, Human Relations and Leadership: the key to employee engagement. He co-authored the development of the Organizational Alignment Model, and a highly regarded High Intensity Results Teams manual and continues to author works on such topics as the evolving role of HR, ethics, vision-driven strategic planning, and leadership.
Larry holds a BS degree in psychology from Kansas State University and has completed graduate work in that discipline. He has served as a quality examiner for the State of Arizona and is a member of SHRM, ASTD, Central Arizona Human Resource Management Association and is an emeritus Executive Board member of the American Society for Quality, Arizona Chapter.

Frank is a senior certified strategic Agile practitioner with an extensive background successfully spearheading Agile transformation projects on three continents. His expertise includes Agile, lean principles, DevOps, IT strategy, Agile transformation, change management, digital transformation, and business process improvement. As a team leader his experience is both executive and team coaching providing products that synergize IT to increase customer value. As strategist and change agent, Frank built the Agile transformation and consulting practice and the Agile PMO for IBM in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Prior to becoming Director of IT services Frank has served in such capacities as IBM Partner, Agile Strategy, Transformation and Delivery; TCS Americas, North American Agile Practice Lead; Vice President, Enterprise Applications, Siemens Financial Services, Sr. Director, Application Services, Insignia Financial Group and a member of the U.S. Secret Service.
Frank holds an MS in Technology Management from University of Maryland; a BS in Information Systems Management, University of Maryland University College and a BA, Political Science, Psychology, The College of New Jersey. He holds multiple professional certifications including ITIL, CMMI, SAFe PMI and CISRCP, among others

Chris has served as Director of the Executive Masters Degree in Emergency and Crisis Management at UNLV since its creation in 2003. She has overseen the restructuring of an academic program that is the only full executive masters in ECM in the U.S. Chris has authored 10 books and is a columnist in the P.A. Times on strategic management issues. She is an online and published columnist and a contributor to journals like Public Management and is Associate Editor of Public Administration Review.
Her work experience includes serving as Manager of Government and Community Affairs at the Salt River Project, Manager - Economic Development Planning in the Arizona Governor’s Office and as Treasurer of Investors United Life Insurance Company. Christine is a graduate of the University Of Arizona (BA), the Arizona State University (MPA) and Indiana University (PhD).

Doug has provided advice and assistance to government and corporate organizations in regard to leadership, management, training development, assessment, benchmarking and knowledge transfer. His functional areas of expertise and experience are strategic planning, organizational development, adult education, and organizational assessment. Doug has supervised over 1,500 employees and managed budgets in excess of $750 million. He is a published author in the fields of supervision, training, curriculum design and development, strategic planning, and assessment of individuals and organizations.In his civilian career, Doug has served as the Training Division Chief for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and the Division Director of Support Services for the Arizona Department of Corrections.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military academy, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and a Master’s and Doctorate in Adult and Community College Education from North Carolina State University
